Whitington Health

Implementation of Electronic Prescribing in Outpatient Clinics at Whittington Health

As part of the COVID response, the Whittington Health electronic prescribing team rapidly rolled out electronic prescribing capability to the outpatient department in order to allow for virtual clinics. This new model of care ensured patient care was not compromised as well as introducing the vast benefits afforded by electronic prescribing.

Northern Care Alliance & Insource achieve proactive patient pathway management

The Northern Care Alliance applied Insource’s Patient Pathway Plus to dramatically reduce the amount of time needed to produce statutory reports whilst also guaranteeing data accuracy. This transformation of pathway management has saved costs and manpower hours, improved overall efficiency and staff moral and ultimately resulted in better patient care.
